Instructor mini-bio:

Roy Johnston is an attorney specializing in business law, real estate law, and estate planning.  Currently in his 18th year of practice, he brings to the practice of law his background as a successful businessman with strong managerial and marketing education and experience.  Roy is a workshop speaker for SCORE and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and is active in the Business Law Sections of the Sonoma County Bar Association and the California Bar Association.
