Open to the public, adults $3, children under 12 are free.  Preparations are underway for a festival atmosphere with seaplanes on shore at Natural High grounds in Lakeport at 800 North Main Street; aerial demonstrations; seaplane rides available; vendors,music, static displays and members of the Clear Lake Modelers Club on site with many of their planes on display.
